-at this very second- my wife is currently 10cm dilated and 100% effaced. the doctor just came in and said that she would be pushing very soon. so far, she has labored the baby down to a +2 without pushing. she will continue to labor down as much as possible before the pushing starts. lisa has been courageous and strong...
