We are in Orlando! We got here Sunday evening and we've had a great time so far. Yesterday was a day of recovering from the travels...we stayed at the resort and while Peggy and I went to the grocery store the others went to the pool. Last night after dinner we walked around the outlet mall nearby and I got some ice cream :)
I did not get the camera out yesterday but definitely will today. The Internet access is a little slow, but I will try to post more later!
I took this picture on our way to the Roanoke Airport on our way out of town. Vivian was very excited about the trip! And as soon as we got in the rental car in Tampa, she fell asleep (perfect timing, it was right at 7pm.).

She did great on the plane...totally skipped the nap but was occupied by other things. It was difficult to keep her on our laps because she was squirmy, but thankfully we didn't have any big issues.

We are going on vacation starting tomorrow to Disney World! We plan to relax at the resort for most of the week, and I will TRY to post some pictures while we're there, but if we are MIA on the blog for the next week, that's why. Thanks for praying for our flights!

Vivian took her first steps tonight when Aaron got home from work. It was awesome that we were both able to be there to see it. We are very excited!

We are in the 33rd week...7 more to go! I had an uneventful visit to the OB yesterday, but since we are going to Florida next week I asked him to check, and thankfully there is no progression towards preterm labor. He also gave me copies of my prenatal care file just in case I need to see someone while we're there, and a note for permission to fly in case the airline questions me about how big my preggo belly is :) We are getting excited about meeting the next member of our family, but we have lots of stuff to do before then (busy weekends until the end of July, getting both rooms more ready, moving Vivian to her new room, etc.)!

Carissa took a little more than 300 pictures on Saturday of Vivian's birthday party! I've looked through them all but I haven't edited or picked out the best ones yet, so you'll see a lot of the same thing here.
We had an awesome time. The weather worked out well for us, the food was great, and the people that came to celebrate with us were so fun.

We got some sad news on our special day, though. Our beloved neighbors are moving! Well, we knew they were, but thought we would have them for a few more weeks. This afternoon I saw a moving truck out there, and called Tina to find out that they had changed their closing date on their new house (in Tennessee) to tomorrow! So they came over for one last goodbye before Vivian's bedtime.

Vivian loves Tina! And we were so thankful to have such a great babysitter. But most of all, what fun friends! We will miss them.

Today is Vivian's birthday! We've started off the day great. We woke her up early at 6:31 to sing happy birthday because that's what time she made her entrance into the world last year. Aaron was a little late for work to give her birthday kisses.And no, she didn't sleep in just a diaper...we had to take her pjs off because she had soaked through her diaper. Then we had a special chocolate chip pancake breakfast. She loved it!
We have other plans for celebrating today...stay tuned!

Then, after a not-so-perfect nap we went outside to swing. My dad built this swing for Vivian last weekend and she really loves it (although she isn't smiling in the picture...she was still waking up I think). What a great birthday present!!

Maybe more birthday pictures to come ?? Aaron and I are going on a date tonight to celebrate...after all, it was a very important day for us last year as well!

Aaron found a man bathing in this pool on some of our property behind the shop. He's been dealing with this issue between the homeless man and the police for several days...it's crazy! They discovered that most of the stuff in his "camp" is stolen...check out the rubber ducky ??

Aaron has been traveling to NC a lot lately...on Friday he met Ben, Brooke, and cousin Caitlin in Greensboro for another country music concert. He stayed the night there and came back to hang out with his girls (Vivian and I) on Saturday! We are thankful for driving safety...

Last night I went out to dinner with some girls to celebrate Carissa's 27th birthday. I think Carissa was surprised, so that was fun. We stayed for almost 3 hours! There was so much to talk about and catch up on.
